“Rhino Play covered the area in front of the players’ tunnel within the Sandy Park stadium with a black wet pour EPDM, an area that the Chiefs’ players walk across every day of the week to access the pitch for training and games. The Club considered the previous tarmac surface as inappropriate when players were warming up or down in the area, especially when wearing studs and the area was rapidly getting worn.

Rhino Play were chosen to undertake the work because they were a local company that demonstrated their professionalism and problem solving ability at every opportunity, along with a willingness to work with us to achieve the required outcome.

Rhino Play are a company Exeter Rugby Club would be keen to work with again and would recommend to any sports arena – the entire install went extremely smoothly and we’ve ended up with an excellent surface for the team and spectators alike, a suitable entrance on to the pitch for the Premiership winning team.”

Joe Meakin-Scott, Stadium Operations Manager, Exeter Chiefs

“I have had the pleasure of using Rhino Play on several occasions. Initially I asked several companies to quote for some work and Rhino Play were the most professional to deal with and their quote came in as the most competitive. When the team arrived on site I was very impressed with how well they worked together and how courteous they all were. The quality of the work produced is always excellent and I have them booked in for more work this summer!”

Jez Courdelle, Site Manager, The Loddon School

“The quality of work is outstanding, such a contrast to what we have dealt with in the past. Special thanks to Steve for giving up consecutive Saturdays to work in some extreme temperatures!”

“The kids at the school love the new seating area, its great to see it in use whilst the weather is so lovely.”

“I really hope we can work together again, you made it a very enjoyable experience.”

Rob Court, Combe Pafford School, Torquay

We have fund raised many years to get the playground refurbished. Rhino Play came in a gave a very competitive quote, they where very professional from the start. We had to proceed through the school holiday and they managed to complete in 2 days. The lorry had trouble with access to the school and the 3 installers had to manually unload and carry all materials before they could start. They cracked on and by the end of the first day, they were 2/3rds done.

By the end of the 2nd day the playground was transformed from a tired old tarmac in disrepair space, to a safe, clean and fantastic space for our children to explore.

The lads were very professional, and polite, and answered all my questions! They made sure the workspace was cleaned up (as we share the space with the main school) and all rubbish was taken with them. The school caretaker remarked how good it looked and will show the Head the fab job Rhino Play had done!

Sunflower Playgroup would recommend Rhino Play for any further work with no hesitation. Thank you for a job well done.”

Paula Rudall, Playgroup Manager, Sunflower Playgroup

“The original play equipment had been removed some years ago because of concerns over safety, but it was sorely missed by our community. After careful consultation within the community, and having secured a number of quotes, we opted for Rhino Play. They were most professional and worked with us for a very long time as we finalised our specific requirements.

The installation went smoothly – this is the first time I have ever known a company ask if they could begin work sooner than planned! One or two minor glitches were deal with very quickly and efficiently. And we are left with a range of play equipment that the youngest in our community already love.”
